• Share inappropriate or explicit content
• Make unwanted romantic or sexual advances
• Ghost or ignore legitimate communications

Be Honest and Transparent

• Provide accurate task descriptions
• Be truthful about your skills and experience
• Update availability status honestly
• Report issues or delays immediately
• Admit mistakes and work to fix them
• Give fair and honest ratings

❌ Don't:

• Misrepresent qualifications or certifications
• Post fake or misleading task descriptions
• Manipulate ratings or reviews
• Hide important information about tasks
• Make false accusations in disputes
• Create fake accounts

Complete Tasks with Quality

For Concierges:

• Only accept tasks you can complete competently
• Follow instructions carefully
• Ask questions if anything is unclear
• Complete tasks within agreed timeframes
• Provide regular progress updates
• Clean up after yourself
• Go the extra mile when possible

For Posters:

• Provide clear, detailed task descriptions
• Set realistic expectations and deadlines
• Be available to answer questions
• Provide necessary access and resources
• Verify completion promptly
• Leave constructive feedback

Keep Everyone Safe

• Follow COVID-19 and health protocols
• Use appropriate safety equipment
• Report unsafe conditions immediately
• Don't accept tasks involving illegal activities
• Trust your instincts - if something feels unsafe, decline or cancel
• Meet in well-lit public areas when appropriate
• Keep platform communication for your protection
• Report suspicious behavior to Citovelo

Respect Privacy

• Keep personal information confidential
• Don't share contact details publicly
• Respect private property and spaces
• Don't take photos without permission
• Don't share or sell user data
• Keep senior and family information confidential

Handle Disputes Professionally

• Try to resolve issues directly first
• Stay calm and professional in disagreements
• Use our dispute resolution system
• Provide evidence to support your position
• Accept fair resolutions gracefully
• Learn from disputes to improve future interactions

Stay On-Platform

For your safety and protection, keep all communication and payments on Citovelo:

• Don't share personal phone numbers, emails, or social media until necessary for task coordination
• Process all payments through the platform
• Document important communications in the app
• Use our messaging system for task-related conversations

Off-platform transactions aren't covered by our protections and violate our Terms of Use.

Build Your Reputation

• Complete your profile thoroughly and honestly
• Upload a professional profile photo
• Build a track record of quality work
• Respond positively to feedback
• Continuously improve your skills
• Be consistent and reliable

Reporting Issues

If you experience or witness violations of these guidelines:

• Report through the app immediately
• Provide as much detail as possible
• Include screenshots or evidence if available
